| 内容記述 | From February 2019 to March 2020, we investigated the continuity of the motivational effect of changing health behavior by monitoring the changes in the quality of life and emotions of participants in the short term accommodation program at Kobe Minato Onsen Ren. 22 women responded to the subsequent survey (age 52.4±7.3 years old).Comparing the survey data of SF36v2 and POMS2 with the data under the spread of the COVID-19 virus (as of March 2020) and before the spread of the infection, we analyzed the connection between the spread of the COVID-19 and the changes in their quality of life and emotions. As a survey item, POMS2 and SF36v2 was examined in order to evaluate changes in the emotions of the subjects.In a survey as of March 2020, it was confirmed that due to the spread of the new COVID-19 in Japan,significantly the Friendship were decreased in POMS2, and downward trend for the mental health was observed in SF36v2. | |||||||||
