| 内容記述 | This study aimed to investigate ideal nursing clinical practice instructions by clarifying the relationship between nursing specialty selection and clinical practice and discuss how clinical practice affects nursing specialty selection. Group interviews of fourth-year nursing students at a nursing college were analyzed to determine the factors influencing nursing specialty selection and the events in clinical practice that left the greatest impression on them. The results indicated that nursing specialty selection was influenced by the following five categories: 1) the acquired nursing viewpoint; 2) learning motivation in nursing; 3) Faculty member and the opinions of others; and 4) compromise and tolerance. The following three categories were extracted for impressions: 1) approval/acceptance by the patient; 2) proactive engagement with the patient or patient’s family; and 3) realizations based on reflection following clinical practice. The results of the analysis suggested that clinical practice provides an opportunity to encourage students to develop as a specialist. In addition, effective clinical practice instructions require the establishment of methods and an environment appropriate for individual students as well as information exchange by the faculty members in each nursing specialty. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、実習指導のあり方を検討するために、専攻分野選択と実習との関連を明らかにし、専攻分野選択に影響する実習について考察するものである。看護系大学4年次の専攻分野選択における要因と実習でもっとも印象に残っている事象について、学生へのグループインタビューから分析した。その結果、選択には【培った看護観からの選択】【看護における学習意欲からの選択】【実習内容や他者の意見からの選択】【妥協・寛容からの選択】の4カテゴリーが、印象には【患者からの承認・受容】【患者・家族と積極的な関わり】【実習後の振り返りからの気づき】の3カテゴリーが抽出された。分析結果により、学生にとって実習が専門職としての成長を促す機会となっており、効果的な実習指導のためには、個々の学生に応じた方法や環境の設定、各分野教員による情報交換・共有の必要性が示唆された。 | |||||
