| 内容記述 | Relationship between solitary eating and loneliness feeling was examined in the 100 university students. There was not different between men and women about the mental need to eating alone. Although most subjects felt fun when they eat in great numbers, the higher than half did not want to always eat with somebody, and had desire to eating alone, and the person who felt it if eating alone was more stable mentally. About the loneliness feeling, a factor analysis was performed and was divided into 3 factors of solitary state, substantial human relations, and connection with others. By a multiple linear regression models, the substantial human relations factor might contribute “to be fun when I ate in great numbers”. These results suggested that the person who had low substantial human relations might avoid eating together. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 大学生100名(男子59人，女子41人)を対象に，孤食への態度と改訂版ＵＣＬＡ孤独感尺度との関係を検討した。孤食への態度については，男女間の有意な違いはなかった。ほとんどの人が，大勢で食事をすると楽しいと感じているものの，半数以上はいつも誰かと一緒に食べたいと思っているわけではなく、孤食願望があり、孤食の方が精神的に安定すると感じている人がいることを示している。孤独感については，因子分析を行い，孤立状態因子，充実した人間関係因子，他者とのつながり因子の3因子に分けられた。孤食への態度と孤独感について重回帰分析により解析したところ，「一人で食事をしたいと思うことがある」「一人で食事をすると落ち着く」は，どの因子も有意な関係は見られなかったが、「大勢で食事をすると楽しい」には充実した人間関係因子が貢献していると推察された。これらの結果より、人間関係が充実していない人は大勢で食事をすることを好まない傾向にあることが示唆された。 | |||||
