| 内容記述 | 本稿は、1 年生の大学適応に寄与した本学の取組について報告し、今後の学生支援の方向性について検討することを目的とした。まず本学における初年次教育と個別支援の取組について概観し、1 年生の中途退学率の減少のために寄与したと思われる取組についてまとめた。次に大学不適応に陥っている学生の特徴を分析し、学生の個性に応じた個別支援のあり方について検討した。そして大学不適応予備軍の早期発見のために、２年生の１年次データを分析することで、大学不適応に陥る可能性を予測するのに有効な指標について検討した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to report this school’s efforts in helping freshmen adjust to college as well as future trends in student support. First, we outlined the First-Year Experience and individual support efforts at this school, and then we summarize the initiatives that are believed responsible for contributing to reducing the freshmen dropout rate. Next, we analyzed the characteristics of students with the feeling of maladjustment to college, and we examined the state of individual support that corresponds to each student’s personality. And then, in order to detect students who will feel maladjusted to college early, we examined effective indicators that predict the possibility that a student will have the feeling of maladjustment to college by analyzing the freshmen year data of sophomores. | |||||
