First, we outlined the First-Year Experience and individual support efforts at this school, and then we summarize the initiatives that are believed responsible for contributing to reducing the freshmen dropout rate. Next, we analyzed the characteristics of students with the feeling of maladjustment to college, and we examined the state of individual support that corresponds to each student’s personality. And then, in order to detect students who will feel maladjusted to college early, we examined effective indicators that predict the possibility that a student will have the feeling of maladjustment to college by analyzing the freshmen year data of sophomores.},
