| 内容記述 | 大学生122名を対象に，やみつきになった食品の有無と，その具体的食品およびやみつきになった理由について調べた。その結果，やみつきになった食品があると答えた人は58％，男女間で差はなかった。やみつきとなった具体的な食品については，「チョコレート」や「マヨネーズ」「わさび」の回答数が多かった。食品群別に分類すると，「菓子類」や「調味料および香辛料」が多かった。やみつきになった理由については，「味」という回答が半数を占め，甘味や塩味，辛味があり，油脂やにおいに特徴のあるようなものがやみつきになりやすいことが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This research examined the addictive food and the reason which became addictive for 122 university students using a questionnaire. As a result, the ratio of persons who answered that there was food which became addictive was 58%. There was no difference between men and women. About the addictive food, there are many replies of "chocolate", "mayonnaise" and "Japanese horseradish". Classified the food according to the food group, most food was "confectionery" and "a seasoning and spices". Regarding the reason which became addictive, a half of the reply was "taste"; sweet, salty, pungent taste, fat and characteristic smell. These results suggest that those characteristic food become addictive. | |||||
