| 内容記述 | 学習指導要領の改訂に伴い，学校組織運営のあり方が見直され，「チーム学校」の名のもとに，カリキュラム・マネジメントの重要性がクローズ・アップされている。背景にあるのは少子化による学校の経営基盤の維持である。筆者は私立中学校高等学校における学校経営，教育委員会における教育行政に従事し，カリキュラム・マネジメントを実践，一定の成果を得ることができた。私学という独自の風土の中で最善の方法となる特殊解を求めるのと同時に，どの学校でも通用する最適解をカリキュラム・マネジメントという視点で継続的に研究している。本稿では，その体系化に関する研究の一環として，現任校である神戸山手女子中学校・高等学校における事例を紹介しつつ，さらなる理論構築を試みる。 | |||||
