| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to examine whether the mere exposure effect can be observed in online experiments and how to deal with the problem of effort minimization in the experimental paradigm of the mere exposure effect. Currently, problems of effort minimization such as Satisfice have been pointed out in online surveys. This problem can also occur in online experiments. Especially in the experimental paradigm of the mere exposure effect, it is highly likely that the choice "not to see the stimulus" is made due to effort minimization at the contact stage. In the present experiment, we used a confirmation task to check whether participants saw the stimuli in the exposure phase, and only those participants who saw the stimuli in the contact phase were included in the analysis. The results showed that about 20% of the participants did not see the stimuli in the exposure phase. The results showed that about 20% of the participants did not see the stimulus in the exposure phase. We examined the occurrence of the mere exposure effect only for the participants who saw the stimulus in the exposure phase, and the mere exposure effect was confirmed in all experiments | |||||

| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，単純接触効果がオンライン実験で観察できるかどうか，また単純接触効果の実験パラダイムにおける努力最小化の問題の対応方法を検討することであった。現在，オンライン調査ではSatisficeなどの努力最小化の問題が指摘されている。この問題はオンライン実験でも起こりうる。特に単純接触効果の実験パラダイムでは、接触段階で努力の最小化により「刺激を見ない」という選択がなされる可能性が高い。本実験では，確認課題により参加者が接触段階で刺激を見たか確認し，接触段階で刺激を見ていた参加者のみを分析対象とした。結果では，約20％の参加者が接触段階で刺激を見ていないことが明らかになった。接触段階で刺激を見た参加者のみを対象に単純接触効果の生起を検討したところ，いずれの実験でも単純接触効果が確認された。 | |||||
