| 内容記述 | 本研究は学校現場において,精神的なしんどさを抱える子どもを早期に発見し,早期治療に繋げ,その後の子どもと子どもの親を取り巻く環境に対し,社会福祉の視点で支援する体制を構築することを目的としている。学校における精神疾患に対する理解が進んでいないことから,本人の生きづらさに周囲の大人の気付きが追い付かず,不適切な関わりが行われてしまう。そのために起こる負のスパイラル現象が本人の不全感や緊張感を高めてしまうことがある。それは医療福祉サービスへのファーストコンタクトの機会を妨げる結果になっている。A市在住の当事者や家族会を対象にした振り返りアンケート調査を実施し,就学時期の不全感について回答してもらった。その結果,教育機関におけるメンタルヘルスの理解の現状と,A市における家族や当事者が教育機関に望む内容を把握した。そして,教育機関と医療福祉の連携を先駆的に行っている地域の先行調査研究を参考にし,早期支援体制:EIS(Early Intervention System)と,スクールソーシャルワークの必要性について言及する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to build a social welfare system to support the early discovery of children with psychological fatigue in the school, leading to early treatment and improvement in the environment that surrounds the children and their parents.Since community understanding of mental disorders is not advanced, including the schools, the surrounding adults do not realize the child's distress, and inappropriate relationships occur. For this reason a negative spiral phenomenon can increase the child's sense of inadequacy and tension. This can impede opportunities for first contact with medical welfare services. We conducted a retrospective questionnaire survey with such children and family members in City A as subjects, asking them about feelings of inadequacy when they attended school. As a result we grasped the level of understanding of mental health in educational institutions and what such children and families in City A want from educational institutions. We also note the need for EIS (Early Intervention System) and school social work with reference to previous research on regions that are pioneering in the cooperation of educational institutions and medical welfare. | |||||
