| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,小学校教師の資質能力を調査し,教員養成および現職教育のプログラムを開発することにある。研究プロジェクトでは、2007年度に幼稚園と小学校を対象に予備調査を行った。その結果、教師と保護者、地域住民それぞれが期待する教師の資質能力について注目すべき点で大きな違いの見られる調査項目が明らかになった。小学校教師の資質能力については、「自らの資質や能力を高めようとする」と「保護者とのコミュニケーションがとれること」、「子どものしつけができること」の三つの項目であった。2008年には、この三点について、教師、保護者、地域住民を対象に聞き取り調査を行い、その結果を分析・考察した。これらの調査研究を踏まえ、2009年度に本調査を行い、本研究の目的は、この本調査の結果を分析・考察し、小学校教師に求められる資質能力を明らかにしようとするものである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to develop new teacher training programs targeting on both present teachers and students in the teacher training courses through the investigation of the competence and ability of elementary school teachers. In 2007 a pilot survey about the expected ability of the teachers was conducted in some kindergartens and elementary schools. The result showed significant differences among teachers, parents, and regional inhabitants. They were different in the following three points: First, to improve teacher's own quality and ability; second, to communicate with parents; and third, to train children. In 2008, teachers, parents and regional inhabitants were interviewed about these three items and the results were analyzed. The full research in 2009 will clarify the required quality of the elementary school teachers. | |||||
