| 内容記述 | 本研究は,社会福祉援助技術現場実習において学生が作成する実習目標とそのふりかえりに着目し,実習指導の現状と問題点を明らかにし,実習指導のあり方を検証することを目的としたものである。本学の実習指導の現状から,事前指導における目標設定にかかる指導方法の改善や事後指導を充実させ学生の学びを深化させる体制を整えること等が必要であることを指摘した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study is aiming at attention to the practice goal and the turning around that the student makes when the social work practice in field, clarifying the current state and the issue of the practice guidance , and the verifications of the ideal way of the practice guidance. It was pointed out that straightening the system to improve of the guidance method of hanging from the current state of the practice guidance of this learning to the goal setting in prior guidance, to enhance guidance after the fact, and to make student's learning deepened were necessary. | |||||
