| 内容記述 | 本学教育総合研究所の教員資質に関する研究プロジェクトでは,2007年度に幼稚園と小学校を対象に予備調査を行った。その結果についてさらに深く分析するため,2008年度には,教師,保護者,地域住民を対象に聞き取り調査を行うことにした。 本稿では,小学校教師が重視している3つの資質能力に絞って,教師,保護者,地域住民から聞き取り調査をした結果とその考察を述べる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Project of Research Institute for Education conducted a preliminary questionnaire inquiry on the competence and ability of teachers at kindergartens and elementary schools in fiscal year 2007. In order to further deepen the analysis, interview was made to teachers, parents and local people in fiscal year 2008. In this paper, three competence and ability of teachers respected by elementary school teachers were focused and discussed based on the above mentioned interview. | |||||
