| 内容記述 | 本学教育総合研究所の教員資質に関する研究プロジェクトでは,2007年度に幼稚園と小学校を対象に予備調査を行った。その結果についてさらに深く分析するため,2008年度には,教員,保護者,地域の人を対象に聞き取り調査を行うことになった。本稿では,幼稚園教師や保護者が重視している3つの教員資質能力に絞って,教員,保護者,地域の人から聞き取り調査をした結果とその考察を述べる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Project of Research Institute for Education conducted a preliminary questionnaire inquiry on the competence and ability of teachers at kindergartens and elementary schools in fiscal year 2007. In order to further deepen the analysis, interview was made to teachers, parents and local people in fiscal year 2008.In this paper, three competence and ability of teachers respected by kindergarten teachers and parents were focused and discussed based on the above mentioned interview. | |||||
