| 内容記述 | Internship I, implemented in the first year of university after high quality nursery teacher training, is important as an opportunity to motivate with a view to securing nursery and kindergarten teachers. This study clarifies the sense of purpose of the student doing the internship and investigates the usefulness of goals cards introduced in order to maximize the effects of the internship.The result of introducing goals cards was positive and specific goal setting before the internship. In addition, it was possible to have a specific individual understanding of tasks after the internship with a view to practical nursery training the following year. Further, individual goals roughly matched self-evaluation and evaluations from evaluators. However, as there was a decreasing trend in evaluation from evaluators focusing on communication with nursery teachers in comparison with self-evaluation with respect to shared goals, it was considered that it is essential to improve the contents of post-event learning based on these results. |

| 内容記述 | 保育士・幼稚園教諭の確保に向けた動機付けの機会として、また質の高い保育者 養成を行う上で、大学初年次に行われる「インターンシップⅠ」は重要である。本 研究では、インターンシップ生の目的意識を明確にし、インターンシップの効果を 最大化するために導入した目標カードの有用性について検討した。 目標カードの導入の結果、インターンシップ前の目標設定が前向きで具体的なも のになっていた。また、インターンシップ後には、次年度の保育実習に向けて具体 的な個人の課題を把握することができていた。また、個別目標はおおむね自己評価 と評価者からの評価が一致していた。しかし、共通目標に関しては保育者とのコミ ュニケーションを中心に評価者からの評価が自己評価に比べ低い傾向にあったた め、この結果を踏まえ事後学習の内容を改善していく必要があると考えられた。 |
