| 内容記述 | The author could visit more than 40 schools for patrol guidance in this fiscal year. When the author visited these schools, they had diverse type of classes. However, some of them seemed not to function as a group of class. Then, how was the peculiar atmosphere of each class formed? Thus, the author analyzed how to make classroom management policy in order to create class atmosphere in which children can feel safe and relief. And, the author considered the way of better classroom management in which teacher could build a good relationship with children and their parents, picking up some cases. |

| 内容記述 | 今年度も４０校超の学校園に出向き、巡回指導という形で教室を訪問することができた。 教室を訪問すると、きちんとお行儀よく学習しているクラスもあれば、子どもたちが元気で伸び伸びとしているクラスもあり、どのクラスもそれぞれの空気感のようなものを持っている。その中には残念なことに、クラスの集団として機能していないのではないかと感じるクラスに出会うこともある。 このような、クラスそれぞれの固有の空気感はどのようにして形成されていくだろうか。さらには、子どもたちが「安全」で「安心」できるクラスの空気感を創っていくためには、どのようなことがポイントになるのかについて、最初に学級経営方針の立て方について考察した。次に、事例を交えながら教師と子どもたち・保護者の信頼関係が、黒字になるようなより良い学級経営のあり方について考察した。 |
