| 内容記述 | 平成３２年度（２０２０年度）から本格実施される次期小学校学習指導要領では，社会科の目標を，「社会的な見方・考え方を働かせ，課題を追及したり解決したりする活動を通して，グローバル化する国際社会を主体的に生きる平和で民主的な国家及び社会の形成者に必要な公民としての資質・能力の基礎を次の通り育成することを目指す。」と定めている。 一方，現行の小学校学習指導要領社会科の目標は「社会生活についての理解を図り，我が国の国土と歴史に対する理解と愛情を育て，国際社会に生きる平和で民主的な国家・社会の形成者として必要な公民的資質の基礎を養う」である。 現行と次期小学校学習指導要領の目標を比較してみると，教育を取り巻く状況の厳しさや，「主体的・対話的で深い学び」の視点での授業改善に向かう意思が読み取れる。 本稿では，社会科学習の中での，「主体的・対話的で深い学び」の学習を実践例と共に指導者の果たすべき役割について述べてみたい。 |

| 内容記述 | The goal of social studies in the next course of study for elementary school is provided as follows; “to raise basic abilities of citizen which is necessary for peaceful, democratic national and social formant who lives actively in global society, through utilizing a social viewpoint and approach, investigating and solving problem”. On the other hand, the goal of social studies in the current course of study for elementary school is provided as follows; “to promote understanding social life, foster comprehension and affection for our land and history, and raise the basic capacity of citizen who lives actively in the international society as peaceful, democratic national and social formant”. |
