| 内容記述 | The Asia-Pacific region is widely reported as the fastest-growing region for the international accountancy networks.In Singapore, aims to become an international financial hub by taking advantage of the superiority of the location, it has been promoted reform based on a variety of national strategy. The Economic Strategies Committee published a report that recommended Singapore's change in 2010. Singapore must make skills, innovation and productivity the basis for sustaining Singapore’s economic growth. And Committee to Develop the Accountancy Sector has published the final report “Transforming Singapore into a leading global accountancy hub for Asia-Pacific “. In this final report, three key strategic thrusts are recommended. １．Leading Global Centre for accountancy talent,education,thought leadership & professional development. ２．Leading Centre for high value-adding professional accountancy services. ３．Strong accountancy sector’s infrastructure and institutions. Based on the recommendation, Singapore Qualification Program was created. |

| 内容記述 | シンガポールは、国家ビジョンとして金融及びビジネスハブとしての地位を強化することを目指しており、会計セクター開発委員会（CDAS）によって最終報告書が公表された。この最終報告書において，①会計分野の人材，教育をリードするグローバルセンターにすること、②会計専門職によるサービス提供の中心となること、③会計部門の強固な基盤と組織を構築することが戦略として掲げられている。それぞれの戦略の中で，勧告という形式で具体的な取り組みの提案がなされている。この勧告によって、組織改革や資格制度の創設が行われている。 | |||||
