| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the requirements for organizing and sustaining suicide survivor group. We conducted semi-structured interviews with 14 staff of survivor groups. Interview data were analyzed qualitatively. Seventeen requirements for organizing a support group for suicide survivors were defined based on interview results : cooperating with municipal government agencies, securing a budget, securing a meeting space, conducting ongoing public relations, raising public awareness of suicide survivor support, maintaining the reliability of the group,building a network with other organizations, securing personnel, training personnel,maintaining trust among personnel, conducting reflective assessments, maintaining personnel motivation, consulting with advisors, providing support where possible, strictly adhering to group rules, creating an environment where participants feel comfortable telling their stories, and having needs of participants to meet. These results have been applied in suicide survivor support activities. |

| 内容記述 | 自死遺族のつどいを運営し継続していくために必要な要素を明らかにすることを目的に、6施設14名のスタッフにインタビューを実施した。その結果、【行政との連携】、【予算の確保】、【開催する場所の確保】、【継続的な広報活動】、【自死遺族支援の普及啓発】、【運営するつどいの信頼性維持】、【他機関とのネットワーク構築】、【スタッフの確保】、【スタッフの育成】、【スタッフ間の信頼関係の維持】、【振り返りの実施】、【スタッフのモチベーションの維持】、【アドバイザーの存在】、【できる範囲での支援】、【つどいのルールの遵守】、【安心して語ることのできる雰囲気づくり】、【参加者のニーズの存在】の17の要素が抽出された。これらの結果を適用しながら現在も自死遺族支援活動を続けている。 | |||||
