| 内容記述 | 本研究では，大学生活の中で学生がどのような困難を感じているのかを明らかにし，学生が認知した困難と大学適応との関連について検討した。その結果，30%の学生が不安や抑うつといった心理面での困難さと，読み書きといった基礎学力の困難さを感じていることがわかった。また15%の学生が，対人関係の困難さ，不注意の問題，学習スキルの問題を抱えていることが示唆された。そして，すべての困難さが人間関係を基盤とした大学への適応感を低めるが，その中でも不安や抑うつに関する困難さと対人関係に関する困難さが不適応感と強い関係があることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study clarified what kind of difficulties students had in their university lives and considered the relationship between the difficulties they acknowledged and their adjustments to the university. As the result, it was revealed that 30% of the students had psychological difficulties, such as anxiety and depression，and the difficulties in their basic academic achievement, such as reading and writing. It was also suggested that 15%of the students had interpersonal difficulties, attention deficit, and problems with study skills. Then, all of the difficulties lead to a decrease in the sense of adjustment to the university that is based on human relationships,and it was suggested that the difficulties concerned with anxiety and depression and interpersonal difficulties especially had a strong relationship with the sense of maladaptation. | |||||
