内容記述 | I conducted a case study of an example of a descriptive survey in order to clarify the “roles of nurses” that an instructor sensed from students in the t instruction of a clinical practicum. My study revealed the following. 1. Student and instructor were in a “relationship to learn and deepen nursing” through patients. 2. The “roles of nurses” that an instructor sensed from students was to “listen” to the stories of patients, to “understand the thoughts” of patients, and to “stay close” to patients. 3. An instructor created situations and scenes that would allow students to find meaning in nursing from their interactions with patients by experiencing respect for patients, “listening” to patients, “understanding the thoughts” of patients and “staying close” to patients.4. An instructor’s self-growth as a nurse and nursing professional was encouraged through student instruction, and an instructor was deepening the role of nurses. The “roles of nurses” that an instructor sensed from students were nurtured in the clinical practicum and were roles that would enhance the quality of students’ subsequent nursing as nursing professionals. | |||||
