| 内容記述 | 本報告の目的は，グローバリゼーションとナショナリズムといった多くの国家が直面としている最重要政治課題を有しているなかで，トルコが今学校教育をどのようにしようとしているのか，またその担い手たる教師をどのように養成しようとしているのかを，2015 年時点のMEF 大学とBilkent 大学の教員養成の事例を通して確認することである。 その結果は次の通りである。MEF 大学では，Flipped Classroom を中心とした授業を行ったり，教育困難校でのサポート活動や教育実習を行ったりすることを通して，トルコ国内の教育の質的向上させることができる教員を養成することを目指している。また，Bilkent 大学では，国際バカロレアの教員養成を行うことを通して，グロ ーバル社会に対応できる教員を養成することに主眼をおいている。 2015 年時点で実現しようとしていた教育を，2016 年以後のトルコ社会はどのように評価し，どのように実施しているのだろうか。そこにトルコ社会が教育の力をどのように理解し，どのような力を期待しているのかを読み取ることができるのかもしれない。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this report is to confirm the trend of school education and teacher training in turkey wherein many nations are confronting globalization and nationalism as the most important politic issues . This research is based on the cases of MEF University and Bilkent University in 2015. The results are as follows. In the case of MEF University it is necessary to train the teachers who can improve the education of Turkey by taking in Flipped Classroom in the lessons of the university and the curriculum of support activities and teaching practice in the school that there is in scanty area. On the other hand, Bilkent University should focus on training instructors who can respond to the global society by training teachers of international baccalaureate. How will Turkish society evaluate the education of 2015 and carry it out from 2016 onwards? It would be possible to grasp how the society understands the power of education and their expectation. |
