| 内容記述 | 本稿では，アメリカ・ガットマンコミュニティカレッジのeポートフォリオをめぐる組織的教育の基本構造を明らかにすることを目的としている。目的のために，同カレッジの教員の論文等を引用しながら，ガットマンコミュニティカレッジの概要，eポートフォリオの基本的性質，授業等におけるeポートフォリオの活用，eポートフォリオに関する教員研修の実態を取り上げた。その結果，次の3点が明らかとなった。第1に，「Digication」というプラットフォームが統合的，社会的，そして省察的な教育方法の実践を促進するということである。第2に，入学前と初年次教育段階において，eポートフォリオの活用が学生と教員に徹底して求められているということである。第3に，eポートフォリオに特化した研修の機会としてアセスメントデイズが設定されているということである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this investigation is to study basic structure of organizational education related to the e-portfolio at the Guttman Community College (GCC) in the U.S.A. In this research, the authors examine the outline of GCC, ssential characteristic of the e-portfolio, the practical use of the e-portfolio at classes, and the actual ituation about the professional development of the e-portfolio, referring to the papers of the faculty at GCC and GCC ebsite. The obtained results are as follows; 1. The platform of Digication supports the integrative, social, and reflective pedagogy. 2. Both the students and the faculties are required to use the e-portfolio at the level of pre-entrance and the first year experience. 3. The Assessment Days are arranged as the professional development related to the e-portfolio. |
