| 内容記述 | 本稿では，日本のキャリア教育の動向をキャリア教育で育てる能力という観点から整理し，幼児期で推進すべきキャリア教育のポイントが，幼稚園教育要領が提起する５領域の内容とどのような関連性があるかを検討した。キャリア教育で育てる能力のうち，人間形成の基盤を培う幼児期においてはとくに，「基礎的・汎用的能力」を育てることに力を注ぐことになるが，この「基礎的・汎用的能力」に関連する内容が，幼稚園教育要領に多く示されていることが確認できた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to examine the trend of career education in Japan from a view point of the ability raised by career education, and examine the relationships between the contents of career education which early childhood education should promote and five domains of the Courses of Study for Kindergartens. Early childhood education is a crucial period that builds the base for lifelong character formation, so career education in the early childhood education should direct towards raising “fundamental/generic skills”. I found many contents of “fundamental/generic skills” in five domains of the Courses of Study for Kindergartens. | |||||
