| 内容記述 | 筆者らは，現在の教員養成改革のもとにある大学の教育課程を通じて，今日どのような教師が養成されているのかを明らかにする研究プロジェクトを組織した。本論文の目的は，そのプロジェクトの一環として，教職志望の大学 1 年生を対象に 2012 年度に実施した質問紙調査の結果に基づいて，実際に教職課程の授業を受講し始めた 1年生の現状を俯瞰することである。 調査結果から次のことが明らかになった。今日の教員養成改革で指摘されている教師像と，教職志望初期の学生の教職に対する意識は概ね親和性があることがわかった。また，現在・将来の日本の教育のあり方に多くの学生が関心を持っていることがわか った。だが，政治・経済に関心を持っている学生の割合は半数程度であり，それらの情報を自ら積極的に収集している者は半数に満たないというように，政治・経済に関する意識や行動については低い割合であった。 |

| 内容記述 | We organized a research project to study what kind of teachers are being trained through the curriculums of universities after the recent reforms of teacher training. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present situation of freshmen who are starting to learn in teacher-training courses as part of our project. The data was gathered using the quantitative investigation of freshmen aspiring to become teachers in academic 2012. From this survey, some important findings were drawn. There is practically a close affinity between freshmen’s consciousness of teachers and the teacher figure that is pointed out in the reform of teacher training. Also most of them are interested in present and future education of Japan. However the level of their consciousness and behavior related to politics and the economy was low because only about half of them are interested in politics and the economy and less than half of them are actively gathering information about politics and the economy. |
