| 内容記述 | 本論文では，中小結婚式場業を想定して，中小要領を適用した場合の会計処理について検討した。その結果，サービス業に特有の商慣習や取引について，中小指針を適用する場合と比べて，中小要領での会計処理は実践しやすいことが分かった。ただし，固定資産管理について，中小指針に規定する継続的・計画的な減価償却を行うこと，また減損に関する厳密な会計処理が必要であると考える。今後，中小企業の戦略的経営力が強化されるために，中小指針適用会社以外の多くの中小企業で中小要領の適用が広がることが期待されている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to consider the cases to apply the guidelines for Small-Medium sized Enterprises (Yoryou) to small-medium sized wedding centers. As a result, the following points are clarified. In the cases of custom and trades peculiar to service enterprises, it is easier to do accounting processing with Yoryo guidelines than the guidelines called Shishin. However, it is necessary to depreciate fixed assets continuously and systematically, and also to recognize their impairment losses rigidly. It is expected that many Small-Medium-sized enterprises in Japan will use Yoryo guidelines to reinforce managerial abilities and skills. | |||||
