| 内容記述 | 本論文の目的は，2011年度に実施した中学校教師に対する質問紙調査とインタビュー調査のデータを用いて，教師が教職生活上経験した，学校や学級の荒れが，彼らに与えている影響を考察し，今日の道徳教育実践に示唆を与えることである。研究の結果，以下のことが明らかになった。 第一に，荒れを経験したことがある中学校教師は，20歳代で約4割おり，30歳代以降になるとその割合が増加し，50歳代になると約9割もの教師がそれを経験している。つまり，荒れは教師にとって避けがたい教職生活上の出来事であると考えられる。 第二に，荒れは，教師の授業実践への取り組み方，同僚との関係構築，教職観や学校観に比較的強いインパクトを与えている。なお，若手教師にとっては，彼らの子どもとの関わり方，子ども観，教職観，教育観に特に大きなインパクトをもたらすものであると思われる。 第三に，荒れは，40歳代以下の世代の教師たちにとっては，子どもに対する指導方法に影響を与えるものであるのに対し，50歳代の者たちにとっては，指導方法だけでなく教師と子どもの人間関係にまで影響を与えたり，彼らの教職アイデンティティに影響を与えたりするものになっていると考えられる。 以上の結果から，教師全員がチームとなり，教育活動全体を通して道徳教育を行っていくことの重要性を指摘した。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of deviant behavior of students towards teachers and suggest an idea for teaching practice of moral education. The data was gathered using quantitative and interview investigations of junior high school teachers in 2011. From this survey, some important findings were drawn. First, about 40 percent of teachers in their 20s had experienced deviant behavior by students. The percentage of the teachers in their 30s who had experienced deviant behavior was higher and the percentage of teachers in their 50s who had experienced this type of behavior was about 90 percent. It is conceivable that it is difficult for teachers to avoid deviant behavior during their time as teachers. Second, deviant behavior by students has a strong impact on teaching practice, the construction of the relationships of teachers with colleagues, and the teachers’ way of thinking about the teaching profession and schools. Also it seems that the deviant behavior strongly affects young teachers in particular. It affects their interaction with students and their way of thinking about students, as well as their attitude towards the teaching profession and schools. Third, it is possible that deviant behavior by students influences the method of solving the problems related to students who break the rules for teachers under 40s. On the other hand, it is considered that the behavior affects not only the method, but also human relationships between teachers and students and their identities as teachers. From the above findings, it is suggested that it is important for teachers to make a team and conduct moral education in all educational activities. |
