| 内容記述 | キャリア教育が国策として強調され、正規のカリキュラムに組み込まれると同時に、キャリア認識に関する隠れたカリキュラムが生み出される。小学校から高等教育のレベルまでキャリアの定義は結構広い。初め、小学校レベルでは個人の人生全体として定義されるが、しだいに職業選択へと絞り込まれていく。キャリア教育プロセスの末端としての大学生への就職支援においては、ジョブ・マッチングの問題の社会的側面は無視されがちで、社会的現実への個人としての適応の努力が強調されがちである。学生に伝えられる隠れたカリキュラムとしてのメッセージとは、就職市場も含めて社会の仕組みは変えられないのであり、キャリア決定の責任はもっぱら学生側にあり、就職市場の問題は若者が現行の社会システムに適応できるかどうかにかかっているというものになる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Career education was emphasized as a national policy and included into formal curriculum, and at the same time, it generates hidden curriculum of career perception. From primary to higher education level, definition of career has wider range. At first, career is defined as a total personal life in the elementary-school level, and gradually focused on narrower targets as job-selection. Career guidance and support for college students, as a terminal of career education process, tend to neglect the social aspects of job-matching problem, to emphasize their personal efforts to adapt to social reality. Some messages as hidden curriculum reached students are that a side of social system included job-market is unchangeable, responsibilities of career determination only belong to students’ side, and the problem of job market is focused on young people’s adaptation to the present social system. |
