| 内容記述 | 兵庫県の大学等進学状況は，県外への流出も県外からの流入も多い流動的な状況にあり，結果的に県内の大学入学定員と県下卒業生数とがバランスする程度の量的規模になっている。2011年９月に，兵庫県北播磨地区に所在する全日制高校を対象に実施した高校２年生調査によると，その進学希望はまだ漠然としたものだろうが，一年上の学年の同地区の進学率実績をかなり上回り，潜在的な進学需要も観察される。北播磨地区のおかれた地理的条件を踏まえて考えると，同地区の高校生は通学の利便性を強く求めており，これはつまるところ，通学所要時間を主とした心理的コストへの鋭敏な反応であると考察できる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Hyogo prefecture provides a sufficient amount of opportunity for higher education for their high school graduates. However, the mobility of candidates is so fluid that half of them leaves the prefecture. In a specific district of Hyogo prefecture, North Harima, a maximum estimate of candidates exceeds the results in the previous year, when they replied their expectations in a questionnaire one-year before their actual decisions. Although many of them demanded a traffic convenience of commuting to university from home, it is difficult for them to meet under their geographical condition. To evaluate their decisionmaking about college entrance, their psychological costs of commuting time and distance should be taken into consideration. | |||||
