| 内容記述 | 小学校や中学校における『学級崩壊』や『校内暴力』『いじめ』などの問題は,長年にわたり教育現場の課題となっている。 こうした子どもたちの『荒れ』を整え,より安定した心の状況を図るために,特別支援教育の知見をいかした実践を学校での教育活動に取り入れていくことは,学校運営の安定化を図るツールとして,非常に大きな力になる。即ち,特別支援教育の知見を通して,認知レベルまで『子ども理解』を深めることは,子どもたちの『困っているところ』をとらえるだけではなく,教師自身の『指導理解』を深め,より適切な指導や支援につながるからである。しかしながら,特別支援教育の知見を活用し,教師が長年続けてきた指導法を改善・改良していくことは決して容易ではない。なぜなら学校組織の問題教師の仕事上の特性に伴う心理上の問題など,『大人(教師)の側の問題』を克服していく必要があるからである。私自身が校長として赴任したM小学校での取り組みをもとに,まずは特別支援教育の知見の活用を阻む諸原因について明らかにした。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The problems of "bullying," "collapse of classroom discipline" and "violence in school" in elementary school and junior high school are examined. These are the problem, which have been existing for a long time in the school scene. To solve these problems and to discipline, the knowledge of special support education can be effective. School management needs to usethose tools for keeping safety in school. Because teacher can consider deeply about "teaching understanding" since they use knowledge about special support education means teacher can learn more about how to support and teach student to encourage their learning. However,some of teachers in school have mental problems, which can affect their work. School needs to handle not only teachers' problems, but also problems of students. I have identified why school cannot put knowledge of special support education more through working in Mschool where I have worked as principal. | |||||
