| 内容記述 | 昨今の商店街衰退はその傾向が強まる一方,計画的商業集積であるGMS 等は成長を続けている。一般的に原因は巨大商業資本のバイイングパワーによる圧倒的な低価格性や品揃えといわれている。本来,自然発生的商業集積である商店街は売買の社会化という存立根拠によって同様の機能を果たし発展してきた。では何故,商店街は衰退するのか,衰退の一因として商店街内部での競争構造の視点から本稿では考察を行う。それは商店街の自由な内部編成という極めて脆い競争構造がその原因ではないか,と考察する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | GMS etc. that is the premeditation and commerce accumulation keeps growing while a recent shopping street declines and its tendency becomes strong. Generally, it is caused by an overwhelming low price, and goods in stock by the buying power of a huge, commercial capital. Then, why does the shopping street declines is considered from the aspect of the competitive structure in the shopping street as a cause of the decline. It is considered the cause of an extremely fragile competitive structure of free internal organization of the shopping street. | |||||
