| 内容記述 | 本稿は,大学での講義「西洋教育史」に使用する教科書を作ることを想定して作成したものである。教育思想を正しく深く理解するには,歴史,文化を十分理解していなければならない。大学は学問の場であるかぎり,幅広い領域の知識を統合化する教育が必要であることは言うまでもない。しかし現在,大学の講義時に使用される講義内容に相応しい教科書は皆無といってよい。専門書は豊富にあるが,大学の講義を想定しては書かれてないのである。 ソクラテスの倫理・教育思想は,決して突然に生まれ出たものではない。その背景となり,推進力となったものの一つとして,ポリスの民主政がある。ソクラテスはギリシアの民主政の完成期・紀元前5世紀から衰退期に生きた。 よって,本稿は,古代ギリシアの文明の発生からペルシア戦争以前の古代ギリシアの歴史を民主政の視点から概観する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The first purpose of this study was to make a survey of the history of ancient Greece from the basic point of democracy. The second purpose was to make a schoolbook on "European educational history". We need to understand the culture and the history of the times to understand their educational thoughts. To understand the democracy of ancient Greece is one of the ways to understand the ethics and education of Socrates. In this paper, the history from the time of ancient Greek civilization to the pre-Persian war from the point of democratic view was outlined. | |||||
