| 内容記述 | 本研究は,子どもの精神疾患を早期に発見し,早期治療に繋げ,その後の子どもと親を取り巻く環境に対し,社会福祉の視点で支援する体制を構築することを目的としている。 教育機関を含め地域社会で精神疾患に対する理解が進んでいないことから,本人の生きづらさは増長され,問題を内在化しながら,環境との負の因果関係による不全感や緊張感を高めてしまう。これらの課題に対し,医療福祉サービスへのファーストコンタクトの機会を如何に構築するかについて,教育機関や地域社会のメンタルヘルスの理解の現状について考察する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research was to establish systems for the early detection of mental disorders in children, leading to early treatment and thereafter support for the environment surrounding the children and parents from a social welfare perspective. Because understanding of mental disorders in local communities, including educational institutions, is not advanced, the child's distress is increased, and as the problem becomes internalized, the sense of inadequacy and tension increase to a negative causal relationship with the environment. In regard to these problems, how opportunities for first contact can be established in medical welfare service with the current state of the understanding of mental health in educational institutions and local communities was considered. | |||||
