| 内容記述 | 本稿は,知識経営あるいは知識創造の視点から,宗教システムの運営について分析する試みである。まず,知識経営論について紹介し,本稿の分析枠組を明確化する。次に,その分析枠組にもとづき,徒弟制の視点から,宗教システムにおける知識の共有と創造について考察する。そして最後に,秘密が宗教システムのなかで果たす役割と,秘密のマネジメントに関する仮説を提示する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This is an essay on the management of religious system from the viewpoint of the knowledge management or the knowledge creation. In the beginning, to make clear my framework, I will introduce the theory of knowledge. Then, based on that, I will consider the knowledge sharing and creation from the viewpoint of theories on apprenticeship. Lastly, I will propose hypotheses on the role of secret in the religious system and the management of secret. | |||||
