| 内容記述 | 世界的に人口成長率がここ数十年高かったアラブ地域の中で,サウジアラビアに焦点を絞って,この国の人口爆発が雇用問題にいかに影響を及ぼしているかを明らかにしている。またその問題の解決策としてサウジ政府が採用してきたサウジ人化が進んでいない理由を取り上げて,今後の課題について考察している。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In the Arab region which has recorded higher growth rate of population in the world these a few decades, we make clear how the population explosion of Saudi Arabia has got much influence on the employment problem, focusing on this country. We also have a research on the future's problems, picking up the reason why Saudization which the Saudi government has taken as a policy for solving the employment problem, has not made progress. | |||||
