| 内容記述 | 大学生が大学に対してどう考えており,どう満足感を抱くかということは,今日の大学のあり方を考えるうえで必要な視点である。そこで大学に対する満足感の規定因を検討するため,日本人学生452名と外国人留学生54名を対象に,「大学に対する満足感」,「大学教育および学生生活に対する満足感」,「学生生活における相談相手」に関する調査を行った。その結果,日本人学生においては「人間関係」,「教育内容」に対しての満足感や相談相手の有無が大学に対する満足感を規定する大きな要因であることが明らかになった一方,留学生においては,もっぱら「教育内容」に対する満足感が大きな要因であることが明らかになった。これは大学のあり方を考えるうえでも意義のある視点と言えよう。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | It is a viewpoint necessary for considering the way that should be of today's university how the students feel the contentment with one's own university", The questionnaires for "the contentment with one's own university", "the contentment with university education and the life as a student", and "the consultation partner in a student life", were administered to 452 Japanese students and 54 foreign students , in order to examine the factors that determined the contentment with their own university. The results were as follows ; in Japanese students, "human relationship", and "the existence of consultation partners" were the most important factors which determined the contentment with their own university. In foreign students, "the contents of the university education" was the most important factor.This will be meaningful in considering the way that should be of today's university. | |||||
