| 内容記述 | ICT自動給水栓を導入した農家の導入後の評価と，普及加速化に向けた新たな今後の検討課題について分析した。農家が導入前に抱いていた期待や不安に対しては，概ね満足のいく評価がなされていたことが明らかとなった。しかし，①人件費の削減に関する農業経営の視点からの総合的な判断，②不可避な輪番灌漑への適切な対応，③転作に伴うICT自動給水栓の移動に要する着脱，が課題として残ることが明らかとなった。また，ICT自動給水栓の普及を加速化させるための新たな今後の検討課題として，①生育状況の確認や異常気象時の臨機応変な対応等の自動化できない作業の明確化，②農業経営の視点からの投資の優先度が高くないことへの配慮，③コスト削減のための圃場区画拡大の要望と組み合わせた導入の検討，が必要であることが明らかとなった。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This study analyzed evaluation of a farmer who has adopted ICT on-farm irrigation devices and future issues for accelerating its diffusion. It became clear that the expectations and anxieties that farmers had before the adoption were generally satisfactory. However, the remaining issues are clarified as follows: (1) comprehensive judgment from a viewpoint of agricultural management regarding reduction of labor costs, (2) appropriate response to unavoidable rotating irrigation, and (3) attachment / detachment of ICT on-farm irrigation devices for movement due to crop rotation. The new future issues for accelerating its diffusion are clarified as follows: (1) clarification of non-automable works such as confirmation of growth conditions and flexible response in case of abnormal weather, (2) consideration for lower priority of investment for ICT on-farm irrigation devices from a viewpoint of agricultural management, and (3) consideration of adopting ICT on-farm irrigation devices in combination with request for expansion of field plots for cost reduction. | |||||||
