| 内容記述 | 本報告書の⽬的は先⾏研究よりがんサバイバーの療養上のニーズを抽出し，さらに⽀援の現状を検討することで包括的ながん相談の体制整備上の課題を明らかにすることである。過去10 年間の先⾏研究に記述されたニーズの内容を統合した結果，「治療継続上の不安」，「症状のセルフマネジメント」，「がんとともに⽣きる現実との対⾯」，「アイデンティティの再構成」，「⾝体症状に合わせた⽣活の再構築」，「経済的不安」，「家族関係の調整」，「同僚や友⼈との関係性の維持」，「医療者からの共感」の9 つのテーマが明らかになった。⽀援としては先進的な相談体制を整備している医療機関がある⼀⽅で，多くの⽂献では⽀援者の⼈員不⾜，がん相談体制に関与するスタッフの理解や能⼒の不⾜によりがんサバイバーの多様なニーズに効果的に対応できていない現状が指摘されていた。がん対策推進基本計画によりがん診療連携拠点病院の相談体制は整備されつつあるが，包括的な⽀援体制の構築には課題が多いことがわかった。今後がんサバイバーに対するサービスの標準化や⽣活⽀援モデルの開発とその効果などに関する研究が必要と考える。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this article is to present an overview of unmet needs of cancer survivors, integrating the results from 25 empirical studies conducted in the past 10 years. Nine themes emerged: 1) Concerns about continued cancer treatment, 2) Symptoms for self-management, 3) Facing up to the reality of a life with cancer, 4) Reconstructing identities, 5) Learning to live with symptoms, 6) Financial anxiety, 7) Managing family relationships, 8) Maintaining relationships with colleagues and friends, and 9) Reaching out for sympathy from medical professionals. Although the consultation system for cancer patients has been established in designated cancer hospitals through the Cancer Control Basic Law, it is not sufficient to meet the diverse needs of cancer survivors. Major challenges for practitioners and policymakers include a shortage of staff, ineffective interprofessional collaboration, and limited time for staff to engage in survivorship care. Comprehensive, community-based care for cancer survivors should be standardized. It should focus more on the care and support cancer survivors need as they strive to return to their everyday lives, focusing particularly on financial and family support issues. | |||||
