| 内容記述 | Objective：To identify the students’ perspectives and suggestions in regard to how to improve the remote clinical training and the information system. Methods：This is qualitative inductive research using a questionnaire survey. A total of 70 third year students who attended remote clinical acute care nursing program were recruited. The purpose of the study was explained and responses from agreed students’ were included in the data analysis. Confidentiality and anonymity were ensured. The data were extracted from the students’ responses addressing the following points: 1. Any factors associated with usefulness of the clinical instructors’ involvement in order to achieve students’ goals, and 2. Students’ perspectives of the remote clinical practicum. Krippendorff(1980) content analysis method was used to analyses data. Results：A total of six categories were found. Regarding the lessons learned from clinical instructors in remote clinical training, four categories were extracted. These included categories such as [I deepened my understanding of nursing by direct interaction with the instructor], and [Understanding the overall picture of the patient when formulating a nursing care plan during the perioperative period]. Regarding the suggestions from students for the guidance of information systems and clinical instructors, two categories were extracted, those were: [Issues to be improved by the system] and [Ingenuity to build a face-to-face relationship when zooming]. Discussion：Regarding the lessons learned from the clinical instructor in the remote clinical training, the students tried to understand the whole picture of the patient by supplementing the information not described in the electronic medical record through communicating with the clinical instructor. |

| 内容記述 | 目的：急性看護学実習において学生自身の立場から臨床指導者から遠隔実習で得た学びを評価し、情報システムと臨床指導者に対する実習学生の要望について明らかにする。 方法：本研究の対象者は、A県内の看護学生で急性看護学実習を遠隔実習で履修した3年生70名である。対象となる学生には、研究の目的を説明し、データの回収に当たっては無記名とした。調査内容は、1．実習目標に向けての指導者の関わりで役に立ったこと、2．遠隔実習に関して改善点や感想について、の２点の自由記載のアンケートとした。回答のあった内容は質的データとして集積し，クリッペンドルフ(1980)の内容分析方法を用いて分析した。 結果：学生が遠隔臨床実習で臨床指導者から得た学びについては、【指導者と直接関わることで看護の理解が深まった】、【周手術期の看護計画の立案には患者の全体像を把握することが必要だと学んだ】、【実習では十分に意見交換することと、想像力を働かせることが必要だと学んだ】などの4カテゴリーが抽出された。また、情報システムと臨床指導者に対する実習学生の要望については、【システムで改善してほしい課題】などの2カテゴリーが抽出された。 議論：学生が遠隔臨床実習で臨床指導者から得た学びにより、学生は臨床指導者とコミュニケーションをとり、積極的に電子カルテに記載されていない情報を補完し、患者の全体像を把握できるようになっていた。情報システムと臨床指導者に対する実習学生の要望については、情報開示の時期の工夫が必要であることがわかった。 |
