A total of 70 third year students who attended remote clinical acute care nursing program were recruited. The purpose of the study was explained and responses from agreed students’ were included in the data analysis. Confidentiality and anonymity were ensured. The data were extracted from the students’ responses addressing the following points: 1. Any factors associated with usefulness of the clinical instructors’ involvement in order to achieve students’ goals, and 2. Students’ perspectives of the remote clinical practicum. Krippendorff(1980) content analysis method was used to analyses data.\nResults：A total of six categories were found. Regarding the lessons learned from clinical instructors in remote clinical training, four categories were extracted. These included categories such as [I deepened my understanding of nursing by direct interaction with the instructor], and [Understanding the overall picture of the patient when formulating a nursing care plan during the perioperative period].
