| 内容記述 | 障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律の基本理念では，「障害者である労働者が，職業生活において，能力発揮の機会が与えられること」「職業人として自立するよう努めること」の２つの理念が掲げられている。しかし，精神障害者の雇用促進の課題のひとつとして，障害の自己開示・非開示の問題が存在する。非開示就労の多くは，事業所側の障害の無理解による就労の幅が狭まることを懸念してのことであり，就労先事業所との丁寧な支援体制を構築する必要がある。本研究では，精神障害者の 就労の課題と現状を明らかにするため実態調査を行い，開示・非開示で就労する違いに着目して，双方の当事者の支援のあり方について考察する。 |

| 内容記述 | In the basic principles of the law on promoting the employment of disabled persons, two principles are emphasized: (1) Workers who are disabled be given the opportunity to fulfill their potentials in their working life, and (2) Efforts be made for their independence as professionals. However, one of the issues in promoting the employment of mentally disabled persons is the question of self-disclosure or non-disclosure of the disability. Most cases of non-disclosure at work are due to the concern that the range of work will be narrowed due to lack of understanding of the disability by the company, and considerate support systems at the workplace need to be established. In this study, we conducted a field survey in order to clarify the issues and current conditions of mentally disabled persons at work, and to consider the state of support for both such workers who are working with disclosure and with non-disclosure. |
