| 内容記述 | 我が国では,犯罪の発生数が減少しているのに対して,再犯率は近年,著しく増加している。とりわけ,子どもに対する性犯罪の再犯を減らすために,本研究ではアメリカ合衆国で導入されたミーガンの法律の効果が調べられた。しかしながら,ミーガン法は犯人の人権を侵害する可能性が有り,日本の再犯防止には役立たないと考えられた。その結果,犯罪者の評価や再教育が最も重要だと結論された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Whereas the number of the occurrences of the crime decreases in Japan, the secondoffense rates increase remarkably recently. This study examined the effectiveness ofMegan's law, which was introduced in the United States, to reduce the re-offense of sexual assaults for young children.However, the Megan's Law might violate the human rights of the criminals and would not produce the prevention of the re-offense in Japan. As a result,it was concluded that an evaluation and the remedial education of the criminals should be taken into consideration. | |||||
