Anxiety before implementation, physiological responses before and after implementation, and visual line trajectory underway were measured. Analysis was performed using Excel statistic ver. 7.0 (Esmi) for analysis and the anxiety before \"venous blood sampling\" was evaluated by Spearman's rank correlation coefficient according to the score of the new edition STAI, the gaze trajectory being performed and the total execution time, Friedman test, index of gaze trajectory and anxiety were tested by Pearman's rank correlation coefficient.\nRESULTS: Nine graders students agreed to participate in the study. There was no tendency for participants to have a high anxiety awareness when implementing \"venous blood draw\". In addition, it is highly likely that the gaze trajectory of the students who practice \"venous blood sampling\" and anxiety are likely to correlate, and the anxiety currently recognized more strongly than the characteristic of the original individual such as characteristic uneasiness It was exercising.\nDiscussion: From the results, it seems effective to use the psychological aspect such as anxiety and the gaze trajectory to capture the characteristics of nursing students who practice highly invasive post nursing techniques.
