@article{oai:kuins.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000565, author = {下里, 里枝 and 谷口, 一也}, issue = {11}, journal = {教育総合研究叢書 = Studies on education}, month = {Mar}, note = {40021625109, 就学前保育・教育施設へ就職したい気持ちがあって入学してきた学生が、卒業後の職業としてその気持ちをもったまま就職してくれるようなキャリア教育の一環として、このインターンシップⅠは重要な科目として捉えている。また、高校を卒業して間のない1年生にとって、専門科目を学ぶ必要性に気付くための体験の場でもある。 インターンシップⅠの実施前後に就職希望先を調査したところ、8割を超える学生が、保育士・幼稚園教諭を希望していることが明らかとなった。一方、その希望先は卒業時までに変化する可能性があると考えている学生が約半数いることも分かった。 昨今の就職先として保育士・幼稚園教諭を選択する学生が低い割合に留まっているなどの課題を踏まえ、インターンシップの体験を踏まえ、学生が自信を持って保育士・幼稚園教諭を目指せるような教育課程にする必要がある。そこで本稿では、インターンシップⅠの事前学修で取り組んだ内容を振り返り、今後の在り方を明らかにしたい。, InternshipⅠis important as an introductory subject for students who have enrolled with the ambition of working in pre-school nursery / educational facilities. Therefore, this study discussed the newly incorporated preparatory study and its results and inspected its future nature. By improving preparatory study, it was possible for students to approach internships with goals and conduct autonomous activities. In addition, in a survey of preferred career before and after internshipⅠ, it was discovered that 80% of students wanted to become nursery nurses / kindergarten teachers. Meanwhile, it was also discovered that approximately half of the students thought that it was possible that their career choice may change.
