And the incidents such as bullying and physical punishment still have continued. Why have such tragic incidents occurred although legal systems to prevent bullying and physical punishment have been provided?\nIn a student guidance and a class instruction, it is essential to understand children. If teachers do not understand children, they could not determine whether the instruction to children is appropriate or not. However, there are often some teachers who do not understand children.
