 note = {本稿は、教員の資質能力としての「教育的愛情」に関して、これまでの教員養成に関する日本の審議会の議論のなかでの位置づけの変化を概観したうえで、この資質能力が現場で実際にどの程度必要とされているのかをいくつかの調査研究から整理しさらに教育学のなかでこの問題がどのように取り扱われてきたかを検討することで、教員や保育者の資質能力としての「教育的愛情」をどうとらえるべきかを検討する。結論として、「教育的愛情」は教員や保育者が教育実践のなかで育てていく専門性のひとつとして位置づけるべきではないかとしている。, This paper attempts to examine the trend of council argument about “pedagogical love”in Japan and survey the preceding studies about“pedagogical love” as the quality and competence of teacher. I insist that we should consider “pedagogical love” as the quality and competence which teachers can get in the process of school teaching life.},
