However, these studies have not focused on the change of\nintergovernmental relationship between FIPSE and the section 1202 state commission.\nThen, the obtained results are as follows; (1) The intergovernmental relationship between\nFIPSE and the section 1202 state commission worked not only legally but also practically\nafter the enactment of the Education Amendment of 1972. (2) The provision of the section\n1202 state commission was modified, but the provision of the intergovernmental relationship\nbetween FIPSE and the 1202 state commission was not modified fundamentally in the\nEducation Amendments of 1980.
