The results shows that English speakers tend to focus on (= choose as a subject ) the participant in the event who is regarded as the starting point of the Action Chain, whereas Chinese and Japanese speakers focus relatively less on participants at the starting point but instead choose participants at the second point of the Action Chain as a focal point. I explain these differences in terms of the most important determining factor that causes them to focus on one participant out of the event.In English, “agentivity” is the most important factor, whilst in Chinese and Japanese languages, in that order, the importance of “closeness” of the participant increases. This hypothesis matches a lot with the recent studies claiming that in the Japanese language,subjective description is preferred, whereas in the English language, objective description is preferred.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"本稿では,英語・中国語・日本語の各母語話者の事態把握の「型」について,特にどの参与者により焦点をあてて事態を捉える傾向があるかに着目し,そこに違いが見られるかを探るべく,各言語の母語話者による様々な画像の描写の調査を行った。調査から明らかになったのは,英語母語話者は,Agent Focusで描写を行う傾向が強く,またこの傾向が,中国語母語話者,日本語母語話者の順で減少し,逆にPatient Focusで描くものが多くなるという言語間の傾向差であった。さらに,〈人でない参与者〉が〈人〉に対してなんらかの働きかけを行っている画像と,〈人〉が〈人〉に対して働きかけを行っている画像を比較した場合,前者のほうが言語間の描き方の差が大きいという事実も明らかになった。これらの事実から,本稿では,英語母語話者においては,〈動作主〉,〈Action Chainの始点〉と想定されることが当該参与者に焦点を当てる重要な要素であり,一方,中国語母語話者,日本語母語話者にとっては,参与者の心理的な〈近さ〉が焦点をあてるための重要な要素となっている可能性を示唆した。これはすなわち,言語によって,どの参与者に焦点をあてるか,という事態把握の「型」が言語間で異なるという可能性があるということである。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"関西国際大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11544811","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"13455311","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"伊藤, 創"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1058","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2016-05-31"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"02伊藤 創.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"2.7 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"17-02","url":"https://kuins.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/475/files/02伊藤 創.pdf"},"version_id":"527aad7d-3c8e-4310-959e-342a1eefdbc4"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"主観的・客観的事態把握","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"共感度","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"動作主性","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"アクション・チェイン","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"subjective","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"objective construal","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"sympathy","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"agentivity","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"action chain","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"日本語・中国語・英語母語話者における事態参与者焦点化の決定要因の差異","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"日本語・中国語・英語母語話者における事態参与者焦点化の決定要因の差異"},{"subitem_title":"The differences among Japanese, Chinese and English native speakers of determining factors that influence which participants are focused on when describing an event","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"14","path":["61"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2016-05-31"},"publish_date":"2016-05-31","publish_status":"0","recid":"475","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["日本語・中国語・英語母語話者における事態参与者焦点化の決定要因の差異"],"weko_creator_id":"14","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-12-19T05:59:07.042071+00:00"}
