 note = {本稿は、現在社会問題となっている保育者の早期離職問題を、養成教育との接続の観点から考察することを目的とする。保育者の早期離職の理由に関する先行研究を整理すると、保育の力量や専門性の問題というよりは、職場の人間関係や管理職との関係、また職場の文化への適応におけるつまずきが多く見られる。保育者に求められる資質能力に関して国などがスタンダードを出しているが、養成教育では、保育技術や子どもと対応する力といった専門性の向上の前に、いわゆる社会人基礎力にあたる力の養成を重視する必要があるといえる。, The purpose of this paper is to examine the problem of early retirement of kindergarten and nursery school teachers from the view point of articulation from kindergarten and nursery school teacher education. The preceding studies have clarified that the many reasons of early retirements were the failures in adaptation to a relation between the human relations of the workplace and the administrative, and the culture of workplace rather than the ability of the nurture and the problem of specialty.
We can find some national standards about the competencies and abilities to be purchased by kindergarten and nursery school teachers, but it can be said that it's necessary to emphasize education of fundamental competencies for working persons before improvement of nurture skills and specialty.},
