As a result of three way analysis of variance, it was significantly different for the main effect of the generation and vegetables, and it became clear that preference changed by the development. However, main effect of sex did not have the significant difference, but it was significantly different for the interaction of the sex and vegetables. As for "leek" and "celery," the preference degree of the boy was higher than that of the girl, while as for "the eggplant", "the asparagus" and "the okra ," the preference degree of the girl was higher than that of the boy. In addition, the vegetables which became pleasant in the university period from unpleasant in the elementary school were "eggplant", "green pepper", " Welsh onion",and " leek ". According to factor analysis, there were four factors for vegetable preference in the elementary school period and university one, respectively. The multiple regression analysis showed the change of preference structure.
