The independent variables are: 1) traits of universities,
2) circumstances of universities, 3) actual progresses of reforms, 4) presidents’ opinions of the reform trend, and 5) the management style of each university.	The multipleregression analysis reveals that the actual progresses of reforms has the most influence on presidents’ thoughts, but the specific contents of the reforms differ according to the sections of universities.},
